Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information you provide during the checkout process to process your order and email your order confirmation. VEC does not store any of your personal information on our site. We do not share, sell, trade or rent your personal information to any third parties. To provide maximum security, we do not provide any third party websites on our site.

Shipping

We ship using United States Postal Service or UPS. We cannot ship orders to non-US addresses. Your order will be shipped as soon as possible, usually 24 – 48 hours after your order has been processed, and should arrive within 5 – 7 business days.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. Do not ship damaged items back to us: this must be handled by the shipping company. If you send damaged items back to us, you will not receive a refund or replacement. This is very important: to receive a refund or replacement of damaged items, make sure you contact us about any damaged shipments and let us handle getting the items picked up.

Returns

You may return most new, undamaged items two weeks after delivery for a full refund minus the shipping charges incurred from the selected shipping rate at the time of purchase. Warranty

Products purchased from VEC are warranted by the manufacturer. For damaged items please consult the manufacturer for warranty details. If a product is under warranty and meets the requirements we will be happy to provide service for the details specified by the warranty policy. VEC does not provide any warranty for products sold.
